Bio

   Born and raised in southern Oregon. Andy performs locally, regionally, and internationally as well as being a studio musician. Starting his musical journey at 16, he absorbed as much as he could from every musician that he came into contact with since. Playing in Rock/Metal Bands, Reggae/Funk Bands, and Folk/Singer/Songwriter Bands, and as a soloist. Casad has had the most success as a founding member of The Fret Drifters, a duo that has toured internationally. He has won multiple competitions with The Fret Drifters and as a soloist. Andy decided to finally start recording his solo catalog in 2024, releasing a new original song every month, all while performing in 3 different bands at a variety of wineries, clubs, festivals, and theaters with audiences of all sizes. The projects that Casad currently plays with are The Fret Drifters, Alice Di Micele and Force Of Nature, and Alcyon Massive(links below). In the process of releasing his solo material, Casad has had the help of a couple people with recording, mixing and co-producing a few tracks. Those folks are Alice Di Micele, and Bret Levick.
